Before any recommendations or programs are suggested, a complete nutrition assessment is done to identify the client's calorie needs and Body Mass Index.


Developing Healthy Eating Habits

Our one hour consultation will help you teach your adolescent how to eat healthy in order to maintain a healthy weight or to lose weight the healthy way.

We give you and your child the tools to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Our focus is on identifying the best and most nutritious food choices while implementing balance, portion control and moderation.

Daily exercise is recommended. A sample meal plan is given to help guide you in making these food choices.

Helpful educational material is given.
